Bending center protective cover: protecting everyone

A customer asked a question when consulting our bending center: It is dangerous to expose the workbench of the machine to the outside. Are there any measures to protect the safety of employees?

We learned that one of the customer's employees was scratched in the eye by flying metal fragments a few days ago, so the customer attaches great importance to the safety of the machine.

In response to the customer's concerns about the safety of the bending center, we immediately showed the customer the protective design of the ZYCO bending center:

Sturdy material: usually a high-strength metal frame (such as aluminum alloy, steel) with transparent polycarbonate (PC) or explosion-proof glass, which can resist impact and observe the bending process.

Comply with safety standards: such as ISO 13857 (mechanical safety distance requirements to prevent upper and lower limbs from touching dangerous areas) or CE certification to ensure that the protective cover can effectively isolate dangerous areas (such as molds, hydraulic cylinders).

Transparent window: A transparent area is often set on the front or side of the protective cover to facilitate the operator to monitor the bending accuracy and plate position in real time.

Oil-resistant: The surface coating or material can resist the corrosion of hydraulic oil and lubricants.

The protective cover of the bending center is a key device to ensure the safety of operators. It can effectively isolate dangerous areas, significantly reduce the risk of accidental injuries, and provide reliable protection for the safe production of enterprises.
